For the vehicle transfer, we will need:
- A clear photocopy of the ID card. (For foreign nationals, a passport and residence permit are required).
- A completed solemn declaration provided by our store, with a certified signature if processed at a KEP office or via gov.gr (using the solemn declaration with the text we will send you).
- Full payment of the invoice amount via bank transfer.
* Please ensure that the vehicle registration number is correctly filled in where required.
For S.A. (A.E.) companies: Articles of association, valid Board of Directors (B.O.D.) decision, and B.O.D. minutes: 1) Decision approving the vehicle purchase transfer 2) Authorization granted to the representative handling the transaction.
For General Partnerships (O.E.), Limited Partnerships (E.E.), Limited Liability Companies (E.P.E.), and Private Companies (I.K.E.): Articles of association, company statute, and a General Commercial Registry (GEMI) certificate issued within the last two months.
