For the purchase of a commercial vehicle, we will need:

• For S.A. (A.E.) companies: Articles of association, valid Board of Directors (B.O.D.) decision, and B.O.D. minutes: 1) Decision approving the vehicle purchase transfer 2) Authorization granted to the representative handling the transaction.
• For General Partnerships (O.E.), Limited Partnerships (E.E.), Limited Liability Companies (E.P.E.), and Private Companies (I.K.E.): Articles of association, company statute, and a General Commercial Registry (GEMI) certificate issued within the last two months.
• Company registry details, including the business activity codes (KAD) as recorded by the Independent Authority for Public Revenue (AADE).
